DuPont recently welcomed founder, CEO & CTO of Aura Aerospace, Sam Thompson, to speak at their Silicon Valley Technology Center.

The meeting was organized by Tim Scott and Shannon Dugan from DuPont and centered around sustainable electric air transport and the potential of using innovative materials to drive safety, durability, reliability and lighter weight solutions for the aerospace industry.

DuPont is committed to sustainability and uses science to develop innovative materials, including some used in NASA’s Mars Rover and The James Webb Space Telescope. These materials can benefit Aura Aerospace LLC’s Aircraft and Battery programs, making them safer, stronger and more durable.
